About Rancho Santa Margarita
Rancho Santa Margarita, ranked as the second Safest City in California in 2013 by The SafeWise Safest Cities in California, is one of Orange County’s youngest cities and a master-planned community. The first homes were built in 1986, and the city was incorporated on January 1, 2000, later expanding to include Robinson Ranch, Dove Canyon, Rancho Cielo, Trabuco Highlands, and Walden.
